The ‘Kaikaina’ sea glass ring is an open ring featuring a piece sea glass, and a faceted mooonstone or labradorite marquise gemstone.
Sea glass come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, making them so unique, and finding them all the more special!
Almost all lavender colored sea glass likely originated from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. The glass likely was originally clear, however, a decoloring agent used in glass (manganese) caused the clear glass to turn purple with exposure to sunlight.
*Note* Since each sea glass varies in size and shape, you will receive a ring similar to those pictured. The sea glass is roughly 1.5” - 1” in length.
Care Instructions: These are solid 10k gold, which maintains its luster and shine quite naturally. If needed, you may polish gently with a polishing cloth.
