Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you change your mind! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Rise Jewelry, please contact us with your order # within 30 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. Items must be in its original condition with original receipt. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A tracking number is recommended, as we are unfortunately unable to cover packages lost in the mail.
Returns & Exchanges: Please send us an email notifying us of your return or exchange request at info@risejewlery.com and send your item to: Rise Hawaii PO Box 1452, Waianae HI 96792. If you are exchanging, please specify which item you wish to exchange for. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Custom orders and orders using promotional codes are Final Sale.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Missing or Damaged Items:
If your package is missing or damaged, please file your claim with Route shipping insurance (if applicable) at https://claims.route.com/. Or, please contact the shipping provider for your order (USPS: 1-800-ASK-USPS).
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items using promotional codes are all final sale.

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Federal holidays. If placing an order during a sale or promotion, please allow for an additional 5-8 business days.
